Cramer Kreski Designs, established in 1997, is an architectural firm based in Omaha, Nebraska specializing in the design of unique residential remodels, additions and new personalized homes. Between the two principals, we have a combined experience in residential design of over 60 years.
The firm provides the full scope of architectural services, including the administration of the contract documents to ensure each and every project has the same quality regardless of size. Our extensive, detailed construction documents allow our projects to be competitively bid to ensure our clients obtain the lowest cost for the defined scope without sacrificing quality during construction. These well-defined documents enable contractors to complete projects in a timely manner.
Our goal is to align our clients with the best contractors and interior designers (if desired) for their specific project/area. Our vast experience in all areas of residential construction allows us to guide our clients to talented, trustworthy people who offer excellent service and products.
We employ only graduates of professional architectural programs from leading universities so that we have the most dedicated, talented staff to best serve our clients. Our company seeks out the latest technology to help clients visualize ideas and produce construction drawings for their remodels and new homes.
The firm has completed hundreds of projects in the region including Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, Colorado and has been featured in many publications including Omaha World Herald’s “Living Magazine”, Omaha Magazine, Midlands Business Journal and Better Homes and Gardens.
In addition, we have been published on Pinterest, Facebook and Houzz, including receiving the honor of “Voted Best of Houzz” for multiple years. Our projects also have received recognition from the Nebraska/Iowa Society of Interior Designers when we have partnered with ASID members for our projects.
Our designs are client, site and context driven with no imposed stylistic imperatives. Two- and three-dimensional creativity, spatial delight and attention to detailing are recurring elements with all of our designs.
We are a hands-on professional service firm and enjoy working and designing with each client’s dreams, desires and financial goals in mind. We focus on making the process of designing a remodel, addition or new home simple, hassle-free and fun.
We are able to do projects varying in size from small bathroom and kitchen remodels to multi-million-dollar personalized homes and vacation homes. Our projects strive to incorporate sustainable design elements and energy efficient features to lessen the impact on the environment and improve the health of our clients and the livability of their homes. Overall, we are passionate about good design and helping our clients with all their residential architectural needs.
