Twenty eight.  Kitchen & Bathroom Remodel

Many past clients return to us over the years to address different parts of their house at different stages of their life.  These repeat clients, now empty nesters, were ready to upgrade the kitchen and bathrooms for a more formal, traditional styling.  The kitchen was gutted and redesigned with French detailing incorporated into all the built-in cabinets.  Caning, leaded glass and antique bronze metal screening with custom fabric panels were designed into the pantry, display and hutch cabinetry.  Granite countertops with limestone backsplashes added elegance and formality to the cooking and prep areas of the kitchen.  Also, the original brick fireplace was modified with new limestone facing and limestone mouldings to accept the owners painting above the fireplace opening.  Molded door panels, painted and stained cabinetry in French palate colors, along with custom pendant light fixtures top off this very stylized kitchen.

The powder room and second floor bathroom were also redesigned with custom vanities to capture the same traditional spirit as the kitchen with warm, deep stained cabinets and
 limestone countertops.
