Creating
a major remodel with several Additions around an existing swimming pool
can certainly be a challenge.
But the results can be equally rewarding!
This home went through a complete makeover over the course of three
separate phases, starting with replacing a tired old Screen Porch with a
light and airy, yet warm and cozy all Seasons Room.
Attic space over the Kitchen was captured to create much more
uplifting and interesting volume to this Kitchen & Hearth Room.
The sunken Family Room was remodeled adding new Maple columns with
sconce lighting to define the space.
Bathrooms and other spaces were remodeled and added to to complete
the whole home renovation.
The detailing throughout is a play on traditional arts & crafts
details, with a more contemporary and vertical feel to the details.
Outside, an old Cedar Deck was replaced with a beautiful raised
brick and flagstone Patio that works and looks beautiful for those evening
swim parties!
