| On this project, the homeowners were
interested in remodeling & expanding three areas of their existing home;
a Study, a Garden Room for entertaining and a Master Bath/ Master Closet
addition.
Each space was created to compliment the original
contemporary "Modern" house.
The main floor interiors were designed with
inspiration from the late internationally known Interior Designer,
Jean-Michel Frank.
Cut limestone floors and Honduras mahogany
were two materials incorporated into the designs along with a custom
wrought iron handrail in an abstracted repetitive hosta leaf pattern.
Clean contemporary design elements of cabinetry,
interior paneling, decorative lighting and exterior textured concrete
block with horizontal brick detailing add to and enhance the modern
styling of this house. |
